When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Writing Samples and Tone Profiles

When you upload writing samples, we process them to extract tone patterns. The extracted patterns are stored as structured data in your tone profile. We do not permanently store the raw text of your samples after processing.

Generated Content

Rewritten text and generation history are stored in your account. You can delete your history at any time from your settings.

How We Use Your Data

• To build and improve your personal tone profile
• To generate rewritten text using your profile
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing)
• To process payments through our billing provider

What We Don't Do

• We do not use your writing to train shared AI models
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use advertising cookies

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all profile data, generation history, and personal information is permanently deleted within 30 days.
